Please use this form to place an order for the formation of your new company. Please use the enquiry form if you wish to order any other services. Once your order is received you will recieve an invoice for the work via email. Once we have recieved cleared funds your order will be processed. Please make sure to complete all boxes on the form as incomplete information will slow formation process.
Each company will be formed with the client's own appointed director and secretary hence speeding up opening of bank accounts unlike when going through some agents where agents are the acting directors/secretaries initially and until they resign the client is not able to appoint their own director/secretary and open up bank accounts straight away.
